    生物体的整体分子和结构研究旨在全面解析生物体在分子、细胞、组织和器官水平上的组成、结构、功能及其相互关系。赵姗实验室结合组织透明化、先进成像系统(例如光片)和深度学习分析等手段致力于开发三维多组学技术,系统性描绘和定量控制生物体在生理和病理变化下的复杂分子和结构关系,以广泛用于生物医学研究,包括癌症和微生物组、脑中风、定量医学等。
