- 个人简介

主要研究方向为:分子探针、纳米医学、医学超声
代表性成果包括:
1. 研制了新型超声造影剂“飞锐维”,正在开展III期临床试验,解决了卡脖子技术问题。基于“飞锐维”开发了超声引导的基因治疗技术,使基因递送效率提高了24倍。
2. 开发了手术导航用荧光分子影像探针PKU-800,预计明年申报I类创新药物临床试验批件。
3. 研制了纳米增效的智能超声诊疗仪,在肿瘤、心血管疾病、脑相关疾病的诊疗领域具有广阔的应用前景。
