"Future Frontier Youth Forum" Illuminates the Horizons of Scientific Collaboration

The acclaimed "Future Frontier Youth Forum" unfurled its wings at the Zhongguanyuan Global Village of PKU on October 7, 2023. Serving as a nexus for various research avenues, the forum endeavored to pioneer cross-disciplinary synergies and unveil novel scientific paradigms and methodologies via vibrant dialogues and intellectual exchanges.

This prestigious event was orchestrated under the leadership of Prof. Liangyi Chen from the National Center for Biomedical Imaging Science and the College of Future Technology at Peking University, alongside Researcher Zhi Qi from the Center for Quantitative Biology. Fourteen esteemed speakers took to the stage, sharing insights from their respective research endeavors.

The morning sessions painted a broad canvas of innovation. Highlights included Researcher Bei Liu's exploration of visualizing protein activity within living cells, Prof. Chunxiong Luo's delve into the nuances of microfluidics in synthetic biology, and Associate Researcher Lei Ma's showcase of neuron simulations bolstered by GPU computing frameworks. A panoply of other luminaries, from Researcher Zhiyuan Li with his microbial ecological models to PhD student Yu Yi's insights into 3D imaging of pancreatic tissues, further enriched the discourse.
