- 个人简介
-
The group's research involves a wide range of chemical biology studies, including the development of novel methods of chemical marker sequencing of nucleic acid epigenetic modification and clinical diagnosis, the application of genetically coded fluorescent probes in tumor metabolism and neural networks, and the study of tumor immune function mechanisms and chemical interventions containing copper proteins.
1. Develop molecular probes for small molecules of signal transduction and study their regulatory mechanisms through proteomics, high-throughput sequencing and other technologies;
2. Fluorescent protein probe (Biosensor) and super-resolution microscopic imaging targeting tumor endogenous metabolic molecules;
3. Discovery and confirmation of novel anti-tumor targets and lead compounds.
