- 个人简介
- Our lab focuses on advancing and integrating cutting-edge cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) methods to achieve high-resolution structural analysis of in situ and semi-in situ macromolecular complexes, exploring how molecular machines are organized and function within their native cellular environments. We are particularly interested in the spectrin–actin membrane skeleton and associated membrane domains, aiming to reveal novel higher-order organizations and previously unrecognized interaction networks of the involved membrane-associated protein complexes. By integrating cryo-EM with biochemistry, cell biology, optical imaging, and computational biology methods, we ultimately seek to bridge molecular structure with physiological function and disease mechanisms.
