  • Principal Investigator, Doctoral Advisor
  • Boya Young scholar, International Cancer Institute, Peking University
    Department of Biomedical Engineering, Peking University
    National Biomedical Imaging Center, Peking University
  • 个人简介
    Doctor Han was selected in the Youth Project of the National Overseas Talents Program in 2021. He graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University in 2013, with his supervisor Professor Zhang Xinrong. From 2013 to 2020, he was engaged in the research of the next generation of single-cell mass spectrometry flow cytometry related technologies and clinical medical applications in the research group of Garry Nolan, the founder of single-cell mass spectrometry flow cytometry at Stanford University School of Medicine in Silicon Valley, the United States. He has published more than 30 papers in Nature Communications, Nature Protocols, Cell Reports, Angew Chem and so on. Since 2023, he has served as the chief scientist of the "14th Five-Year" key R&D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology: the special "intelligent automatic medical flow cytometry" R&D of diagnostic equipment.
    The research directions include the development of single-cell spatial proteomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics and other joint innovative biotechnologies, new methods for analysis, and new reagents for detection, as follows:
    1)Mass spectrometry flow analysis method: single cell multi-omics simultaneous detection and three-dimensional spatial1)Mass spectrometry flow analysis method: single cell multi-omics simultaneous detection and three-dimensional spatial imaging quantitative method;
    2) Synthesis of inorganic nanomaterials: amphiphilic molecular self-assembly nanomaterials as protein and metabolic molecular probes;
    3) Organic polymer synthesis: nucleic acid-labeled probes for biocompatible polymeric metal chelating ligands;
    4) Bioinformatics: single-cell clinical data dimensionality reduction, clustering, cell image segmentation, spatial analysis.
